Retreat Description

This retreat is for all of you who believe that love is the foundation of everything. This belief is often accompanied by a very strong or even unique experience which we might call “personal awakening”. I would like to create a space for like-hearted and like-minded people where you will be able to focus on your inner journey to your true self, where you will be able to truly connect with yourself and others and where you will be able to experience what it really means to live a heart-focused life. You will activate your heart energy, share your experiences and strengthen your trust in your inner wisdom and your inner voice in order to let this energy flow to extend it to all areas of your life. In other words, you will be listening to your own wisdom and guidance for your path ahead and while you are doing that you will contribute to the journeys of the other group members.

Group Size

The number of participants will be limited to 12 people because of the nature of this inner work we will be doing.

Location

I found the perfect place to gather here on Cyprus with beautiful nature close to the sea, a mild climate even in April and most importantly, warm-hearted people who welcome us lovingly at Val’s Place, where our retreat will take place. From my experience Cyprus is not only said to be the island of love. I’m sure this setting will help all of us to have a wonderful time together.

Accomodation

There are two options: The first option is to camp at our location „Val’s Place“. A tent and a mattress will be provided for you. But don’t forget your sleeping bag. The costs for the retreat will be 699 Euros when you choose this option. The second option is to rent an apartment close by. There are several options in the neighborhood villages like Agia Marina Chrysochous or Argaka for example. For this option the costs of the retreat will be 599 Euros (since you take care of your own accommodation). Keep in mind that for the second option it might be necessary to rent a car since public transport is very limited in this rural area.

Meals and Refreshments

Our host Val and his family will prepare incredible vegetarian food for us. So there are no additional costs for your meals (as listed in the schedule). On a full day (Monday to Friday) you will have the chance to eat a light breakfast in the morning, a rich lunch and a light dinner. Water will also be available at any time without extra costs. Other drinks are not included. In my experience, too much food and sugar is counterproductive for this kind of retreat.

When you feel a calling reading these lines and you decide to come, I very much look forward to meeting you in person in April for a week which will most probably have a very profound effect on you. This retreat will be hosted intuitively which means that I have a certain program prepared but it will be changed when I feel it is more consistent that way.
